How to place your first order on smmhub

From account to delivered order in four steps — what to expect at each one, with no surprises in between.

If you have never used an SMM panel, the flow is shorter than you might expect: four steps, none of which involve a call, an onboarding form, or your social media password.

Step 1 — create the account

Registration needs an email address. The dashboard is live as soon as you log in, and the full service catalog is browsable before you deposit anything — read prices and terms first if you like.

Step 2 — fund the wallet

Top up by crypto (Cryptomus or Binance Pay) or bank transfer. Balances are held in USD, and every top-up appears in your ledger.

Step 3 — choose a service

Filter the catalog by platform and service type. Each service states its rate per 1,000 units, minimum and maximum quantity, start time, and refill window if one applies. Those lines are the contract — read them once and you know exactly what you are ordering.

Step 4 — submit and track

Paste the public link, set a quantity, submit. The order appears in your dashboard with live status from pending to completed. If it ends canceled or partial, the undelivered part refunds to your wallet automatically.

If something looks off

Support is available around the clock — open a ticket from the dashboard (it attaches your order context automatically) or message us on Telegram.

The catalog is public — service terms, rates, and refill windows are all visible before you sign up.
